Our customer service is very fast; you can reach us by phone or directly by message through our form.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your trust!
- You can book your driver through our website, by phone or text message at +33 06 52 17 44 11, or via our contact form.
- We accept credit and debit cards on our website and on board our vehicles. You can also pay directly on our website with PayPal. Cash payment is possible by contacting us directly.
- If your booking is not confirmed immediately, we ask you to wait 2 hours. If your booking has not been confirmed after 2 hours, please contact us by phone or *via our contact form*.
- To change the route (pick-up location) or the date, please contact us via our contact form.
- If you have given us your flight/train number, we will keep a record of it to avoid charging you a supplement, and our driver will be there on your arrival. If we do not have your flight number, we will charge waiting fees in addition to the pick-up (15 minutes of free waiting time at the train station and 30 min. at the airport, then €0.5/min.). If your flight/train has been cancelled, we will reschedule your booking to a later date or time free of charge.
