- You can book your driver through our website, by phone or SMS at +33 06 52 17 44 11, or via our contact form.
- We accept credit and debit cards on our website and onboard our vehicles. Cash payments are available by contacting us directly.
If your reservation is not confirmed immediately, we kindly ask you to wait for 2 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed after 2 hours, please contact us by phone or via our contact form.
- To modify the itinerary (pickup location) or the date, please contact us via our contact form or by phone at +33 06 52 17 44 11.
- If you provided us with your flight/train number, we will keep track of it to avoid additional charges, and our driver will be there upon your arrival. If we do not have your flight number, we will charge waiting fees in addition to the ride (15 minutes of free waiting time at the train station and 30 minutes at the airport, then €0.50 per minute). If your flight/train is canceled, we will modify your reservation to a later date or time free of charge.

My train was delayed but the driver waited for me with no extra charge.
